Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in the success of prominent digital banks, including ALAT by Wema, Vulte by Polaris, and GoMoney. Furthermore, he was instrumental in the launch of Sterling Bank’s premier MSME platform, The Business HUB.
Currently, Korede leads the Online and App Business division at OPay. In this capacity, he manages high-stakes B2B and B2C portfolios, focusing on scaling payment infrastructure, optimising transaction success rates, and institutionalising operational excellence.
His flagship product, Pay with OPay, is currently a leading payment method for online businesses across different segments both internationally and locally.
